Services Packages include:

  1. Funding Strategy – You’ll receive a comprehensive list of options for funding your work is eligible for inclusive of eligibility, amounts available, deadlines, and things to consider when writing.
  2. Pre-submission Grant Review – This is a great option for individuals who have a grant ready for submission but would like a set of “reviewer eyes” to flag possible weaknesses before the proposal goes to the funder.
  3. Comprehensive Grant Writing – This includes the discovery of available grants, writing of proposal, preparation of the proposal package, and pre-submission review.

Options for KT Support Include:

  1. KT Strategy Development – You’ll receive a plan with tactics and methods for effectively translating your work, a comprehensive stakeholder map with key contacts, with an option to have execution of strategy built in.
  2. Stakeholder Map Development – You’ll receive a comprehensive stakeholder map with key contacts, with an option to have execution of strategy built in.
  3. KT Product Development – You’ll receive completed assets to use to support the execution tactics within your KT plan.

Support for planning for evaluation, completion of evaluation, or making sure your work continues after your grant period can include:

  1. Post Grant Sustainability Strategy Development – You’ll receive a comprehensive plan for how to financially sustain operations for the research or innovation work you’re doing with an option to have execution of the strategy built in.
  2. Evaluation Strategy to inform data collection – You’ll receive a comprehensive plan for data collection through-out the course of your initiative, a plan for how to go about evaluating it, with an option to have post initiative evaluation built in.
  3. Post-Grant Impact Evaluation (can be used for 3rd Party Evaluations) – Comprehensive evaluation of the impact made from your innovation or research from a systems perspective, evaluation of programming relative to goals of the work, and recommendations for next steps. This can be used for grant funding that requires 3rd Party Evaluations.

Offerings include:

  1. Workshop development and facilitation – Development of workshop/session content, materials, and tools and delivery of workshop in either in-person or virtual formats. Options also available for workshops or sessions in which development is already complete, and only facilitation is required.
  2. Panel Moderation – Moderation of panels in either in-person or virtual formats.
  3. Speaking Engagements (panels, fireside chats, keynote addresses) – either in-person or virtual.
